Uniform Update

Please let me know if you have any uniform issues.  As a reminder - please do not make changes to the uniforms.  It is against the bylaws (no names added, patches added, sleeves removed, etc.)

What you need at each game!

1. Coaches / Player Cards. (Encourage you to print these cards - which will included coaches ID's as well, required to be printed U13 and up)  Have them in a binder with game reports, roster, etc.  U11-U12 - at a minimum you must have coaches ID's at each game.

2. NMCSL Game Report.  You will download the form in word, then print it.  It should be typed not hand written.  At a minimum, get your roster on each report and print 10 copies.  Make sure you add game numbers, locations, etc prior to each game.

3. Photo Roster & Official Roster - get these through Team Login through GotSoccer.

Northern Mid-Cities Game Report & Misconduct Form

Coaches, this must be filled out and brought to every game.

You will keep the bottom right portion (Section B) for your records.

The referee will fill out and give back to you at the end of the game.

Use the form to enter your scores. Phone details are on the bottom right.

You will also need to know your game number which is on the far left of each entry in your online schedule.

Warm Up Rules At Some Fields

Coaches, please note that some of the other NMCSL Associations are not allowing teams to warm up using the goals in order to maintain the areas. To my knowledge, BAYFA and KSA are the two associations who have made this policy known.  If you are told by other Associations, please let me know so I can add to this list.
